Steve Spiro (Creative Director)
Steve's background is record production and composition, producing records for Pet Shop Boys, E17, Kim Wilde, Imagination, Talk Talk and MC Hammer. As a composer his TV credits include Sex and The City, Six Feet Under, and a BBC Olympics Theme to name but a few.

Alex Lodge (General Manager | Felt Music Library)
Alex brings with him to Felt extensive musical knowledge gained from his BMus (Hons) in Music from Edinburgh University and an MA in Contemporary Music Studies from Goldsmiths College. He is the General Manager of the music library, taking care of the creative search work, commissioning new music and managing the admin processes.

Reuben Hurst (Studio Manager | Felt Sound Studios)
The second member of the pack to join with an MA in Contemporary Practises in Composition, Reuben is an experienced guitarist who entered the industry as a performing musician before working as a studio assistant for film composer Ilan Eshkeri. He is the Studio Manager, dealing with the bookings and workflow.
